Best Self Storage in Jurong East

I have made use of Extra Space's self storage unit for almost 3 years now and I must say it has been a smooth and pleasant experience. While the facility at IMM is impeccable, the staff too are responsive and efficient in their interaction. A big thanks to Jessica for the co-operation and assistance she provided when I had to recently complete packing and shipping in a very limited time frame. Will certainly come back to Extra Space should I have the need to in the future.

Very friendly staff (Nurfardilah and Jessica)! Thanks for showing us multiple warehouse so that we can compare and make better choices. Pricing is reasonable and sign up is hassle free. Coffee is good too!

The storage lockers are a good size and reasonable price. Location at IMM is very convenient and accessible 24x7. Look for Jessica and Teng who are very professional, customer oriented and friendly.

Great customer service and patience from Mr Ben Lee in answering my queries. He gave good advice on arrangement of items so that my boxes won’t be damage in the long run. He took great effort to show me around a few sizes during the viewing session so that I can make some adjustments to the precise size I needed for storage. In general, the staff at Storhub like Mr Chee Tat was also friendly & serve with a smile. Keep it up!

Went down to the outlet at Toh Guan and was served by Jasmin. She was very patience and explain clearly and show me around to view a few units available. Very pleased with her service. Will recommend all to come Toh Guan outlet as the staff here are all very friendly.

Easily accessible via the PIE or AYE. Great facilities, fully aircon'd, clean, with excellent security. On site manager, Jessica, is very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.
