Sent my long dinner dress for drycleaning at Bishan J8 outlet. Initially thought the drycleaning quote was on the high side but was wary of sending to "cheap" dryclean as sometimes upon collection the garment looks like it hasn't even been cleaned. Informed the counter staff to take care of the dress as it was important to me and especially there was a part of the hem that had come off. Dress was ready for collection earlier than anticipated and when collected, the dress was in impressive condition and they even fixed the hem! Thank you Presto! Completely blown away by your service.
Staff at Bishan J8 was knowledgeable and able to advise what is the best recourse for my suit with moldy patches. Turnaround was fast and even receive SMS alert one day ahead. Overall great experience.
