Just sent in 5 winter jackets from my family trip. the staff warned me that some leather and rubber may peel and have colour run. however, when I received it, everything came back in good condition!

Went to FabricPro outlet at Compass One to collect my Down Jacket and winter coat. I was being attended by Estel, a very nice and polite lady. I am happy with her customer service. Thank you Estel.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. But my white down jacket isn’t properly clean. Even I send back for round 2 cleaning.
