Just sent in 5 winter jackets from my family trip. the staff warned me that some leather and rubber may peel and have colour run. however, when I received it, everything came back in good condition! will definitely be back again, thank you for taking such great care.
Went to FabricPro outlet at Compass One to collect my Down Jacket and winter coat. I was being attended by Estel, a very nice and polite lady. I am happy with her customer service. Thank you Estel.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. But my white down jacket isn’t properly clean. Even I send back for round 2 cleaning.
