Very responsive management and good service recovery We have been patronizing this outlet for a few times after reading good reviews. The service is overall good esp for drycleaning. The staff is helpful and friendly. However we had a bad experience recently when the curtains we gave for ironing came back more crushed then we had given them .. when we feedback, we were told that the factory said it is expected as the curtains may get crushed after ironing.. Update I was contacted by Michelle a few hours after I posted the review. She apologized and asked me send back the curtains for re-ironing. Did that, got them back. And they are looking much better. Thanks Michelle We need more proactive managers these days in Singapore.

Operating out from a booth concept just next to kopitiam. Good basic service rendered service staff was very friendly professionally trained very reasonable dry cleaning rates as compared to the problematic one at Compass One. Well recommended.

The staff is helpful. Been doing my dry cleaning here and never had any issues.
