I made a call to the clinic in the morning and I was given an appointment for the afternoon, very prompt! The staff was very pleasant on the phone and kept the conversation short, effective and informative. I was very sent an official confirmation, including a registration (online) which took only a couple of minutes. The details of my attending doctor and nurse were detailed (I appreciated the effort and detail). The clinic is in Heartland Mall, very clean, nice atmosphere, plenty of staff whom appeared professional and friendly too. Everything was very smooth and I thoroughly enjoyed the service efficiency and quality. Ms Hong Mei who took care of the major aspects of my treatment was delightful, very engaging, polite, detailed and informed. Her demeanour was absolutely outstanding. Dr Cameron in charge was very professional and proactive.

Dr Pearlyn Pan was attentive and detailed in working on my chipped tooth. She explained on the biting issues that I had in order for me to correct it on my own. She is also patient and understanding towards patients who are afraid of seeing dentist . Kudos to the dental assistant for giving me assurance that I’m in good hands.

Came here for scaling and polishing and was seen by Dr Cameron and Richie who did a fantastic job. Richie in particular was gentle in performing the cleaning and very clear with his instructions, which made this such a great experience. The booking process was also simple, and the pre registration online sped up the checking in process significantly as well. Will recommend DP dental to my friends and family.
