This is where I settled down while looking for a pole studio in Singapore. While working shifts, I was introduced to the charm of aerial hammocks and hoops, which I had never experienced before, instead of pole dancing. Not only that, but they also offer a variety of classes that build flexibility, strength, and core strength, as well as frequent event classes like double pole, double hoop, and chair, so I had fun working out in a unique way! Especially for me who works shifts, it was convenient to be able to make reservations whenever I had time, rather than having to register for a specific time slot.
Tracy is a friendly instructor, explained steps in detail. I was able to do poses which I was afraid to perform in the first lesson with her. I recommend those who want to try Ariel yoga for the first time to Milan studio.
Katja T is the best enjoying so much in every classes and I feel like gaining strength quite fast! Really missed her class when I was staying in the US.
