One of the best studios I’ve visited so far, where I really feel welcomed, encouraged and supported through the journey. The studio has also crash mats to feel safer especially with inversions and the instructors are always around keeping an eye on the students, while creating that comfort zone for us to try new tricks. I also love the space, inside the typical Singapore shop houses. Seriously a place I look forward to go each week.
I’ve loved every single class in Milan, the instructors are all amazing, nurturing and very supportive, and the whole team at Milan are all lovely people.
Instructors at MPDS are fabulous, ever so patient and nurturing! Love the atmosphere and the surroundings of the studio too.
