The nicest of all service staff i have ever encountered. They were all so friendly and polite despite being so busy with all the parcels. Managed to collect the VEP package from them.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this courier company. My package arrived in Singapore on 24 August, and as of 27 August, it has still not been delivered. Throughout this time, there have been no proper updates on the status of my package, including on their website. I was told that Julie would get back to me by 2.00pm today, but I received no response. When I spoke to Rahman, I was told there were no drivers available. As a customer, I do not think internal staffing or driver availability should become my problem, especially when my parcel has already been sitting in Singapore for several days. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. If there is a delay, customers should at least be properly informed instead of having to repeatedly chase for answers. I have also made it very clear that I expect my package to be delivered today, 27 August 2026. Given how long it has been held, I will also hold the company responsible if any of the items arrive damaged or broken. Extremely disappointing service and communication.
