We are very grateful to Lauren for reframing parenting strategies and communication strategies for us in a way that has transformed our relationship with each other, with our child, and sharpened our co parenting skills. Lauren’s sessions are a great outlet for us to break down issues in a compassionate and judgement free space. She straddles marriage counselling and parenting coaching seamlessly to help busy, working parents of our generation define our vision of family.

Just want to say thanks to Lauren for her help. She had helped me to cope with my anxiety and stress, and also learn better. I did a lot better in my Sec 3 EOY after she helped me find my learning methods.
