ReSTART Counselling for Wellness

Had a few sessions with Lauren to help me understand the challenges of starting a new job. Throughout the sessions I had with her, she has provided me with positive insights that I could apply on a daily basis that helped me cope well at work. I would highly recommend her as a counsellor. Lauren is a kind, empathetic, and supportive counsellor who also checks up on you regularly.
