I found Fion after experiencing a sudden emotional storm. It's like catching a tree that you can rely on and hold on to in a storm. During my half-year counseling session, Fion accompanied me to overlook the root causes of the events that affected me. He fully empathized and accepted me. It was as if I was being hugged in the ocean, being caught steadily, and allowing me to speak with trust. experience. After the emotional storm hits, my heart is devastated. When looking back at the scars of childhood or growth, I seemed to enter a dark forest, full of powerless fear and depression. Fion led me, who was temporarily lost, towards a bright place, encouraging me or gently reminding me along the way. Me, I have done a good job, always leading me to become aware of the real situation I am in; more than that, she has deeply explored me, and I have never thought about or seen myself. During the counseling process, Fion's complete acceptance, professionalism and patient companionship allowed me to slowly put my broken soul back together bit by bit, build my own strength and value, and be able to face the future with an open attitude. Ive been seeing Fion for 12 sessions now and she has been helping me alot. I was in a bad state however thanks to her I am getting better. I do have relapse here and there and that completely normal but now i know how to deal with it. Fion has also help my connection towards my mother. Im really grateful towards her and this counselling has been very beneficial.
