I’ve been attending sessions with Fion for the last 7 months. With every passing session , I see myself transforming into a better version of myself. Fion was been quite supportive and completely invested in my growth. Eventually , I was able to understand myself more , become self aware and process bottled up anger. I’m also more confident and stronger as a person after the sessions and I trust myself to handle any situation to the best of the capability and to not carry any unnecessary guilt or remorse.

Michael is a caring, down to earth and personable therapist. He is always available to provide a listening ear to your issues, sessions were also well paced and managed to talk through the issues and find the root cause of them. Michael was also able to provide short term and long term solutions to help alleviate your issues. Highly Recommend going to him even if you just want someone to talk to. :)

My time with Fion was a short but very helpful experience. Her patience and guidance has helped me navigate through a difficult period, and I’ve learnt how to better regulate my own emotions through difficult times.
