Mercy has done an excellent job in helping Epworth to transform into a Trauma-informed Organisation. She has helped to upskill both clinical and non-clinical staff through her practical experiences. Her ongoing support, consultation and in-depth analysis helped to refine the work, which ultimately benefits the community at large.

In the few consultation sessions that we had with the Consultant, she took effort to understand our concerns, and generously provided a wide range of resources from both local and international communities. She is generous in sharing her knowledge and experiences to allow us to gain a better appreciation of the relevance of trauma-informed principles in our work. Her positive disposition certainly contributed to a warm and safe environment for conversations and deep sharing.

Although this is a heavy topic, Mercy is able to help us understand it so well through her well organised session. Appreciate it! Being more informed will help me in my work with young children who may not yet be able to express or make sense of what they have been through.
