It has been a year since I had my first session, and I can confidently say that this journey has been a wonderful experience. Sumanthi is very professional and lovely to talk with. It's thanks to her I've been equipped with the resources I needed to manage my emotions and my thoughts, guiding me and teaching me that I am capable of taking control of myself and my own life. A year ago, I came in with a bleak outlook on life. On my last day, I came out, viewing the world as not such a terrible place. Thank you, Sumanthi, for guiding me.

They practice a variety of therapy modalities, including CBT, schema therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, which are suitable for a wide range of needs. They also provide prompt and friendly replies to any queries that one may have. The practice provides a non-judgmental space, where I felt safe to have my therapy sessions. I highly recommend Julie whom I had sessions with regularly in the past 2 years. She was extremely key in helping me deal with anxiety, learn more about myself and improve my mental state. She was also very receptive and adaptable to my pace and boundaries which varies depending on the day. Initially I had no idea what the sessions would do and whether I would do or feel better.
