Showed up with a problematic PC and they were able to identify and provide a plan to resolve my issue within 10-15 minutes, all while explaining the process and understanding my needs. Reassured, I left my pc with them and they updated me on the progress where overnight, they were able to fix up & upgrade my overheating PC. They also cleaned up some other problems they found with my PC build. I was able to collect my better than new PC within 24 hours at a very fair price. They didn't try to upsell me or offer any unnecessary items, and were friendly and patient while helping me. DMed early in the morning to ask for help to reassemble PC that a friend had helped to quickly set up with many mistakes and they managed to complete the reassembly within the day! Thank you so much for being accommodating to my sudden request. He also told me what went wrong with the wiring and also helped me adjust everything so that PC will run smoothly. Will come back again if I need any help with the PC or upgrades.

My asus laptop power on button was jammed. Mr Tam repaired it with a simple approach, without needing to change the entire casing. Got back my laptop very quickly, within the day.
