I wil give 10 stars if Google allows it. My laptop got some issues with the keyboard and the boss Jovin was so nice, replacing it within 1 day (next day delivery) !!! The response time was really impressive. Although I found one of the key still has issue, Jovin promised to get it replaced FOC. I was so impressed by him and that's the customer service culture we should have in IT. Apart from it, the repair price was very reasonable and CDC vouchers are accepted, I will strongly recommend this shop to all of you.
My computer crashed and Jovin was very helpful and patient in trying to salvage some of my files. He had to replace my Hard drive eventually. Good service, fast and efficient. Even after the job was done he still was very responsive to my queries thru Whatsapp and gave me very valuable information. I would highly recommend his service. Honest with a reasonable price. Thanks for the coffee.
Before going over to repair my laptop I msged jovin to give his suggestions on which one I should repair, he was accommodating and honest. Went over to repair, picked up after a day and was charged a very reasonable fee. Will continue to support jovin.
