Ps5 slim was overheating within 15mins of graphic-heavy games (like stellar blade, black ops6). They are very responsive on whatsapp chat and explained to me the entire process of repair, estimated days required and estimated cost. I dropped off the ps5 at a partner shop in Geylang, and the service took around 1 week. They replaced the Liquid Metal, and now it runs fine. No hidden charges, the cost was same as the amount quoted in the beginning. After the fix, I tested continuous 2hours of game sessions and no signs of overheating so far. I am satisfied with the service done and highly recommend this shop to anyone having ps5 overheating issues.
