My laptop had keyboard issues (certain keys not working) and I wanted a quick and reasonable fix. Chase was very responsive, quote was super reasonable and he was very flexible in allowing me to drop off the laptop at my convenience. After fixing my keyboard, he apologise for creating some protruding dots on my laptop cos he had to screw on my keyboard (which was really no big deal since it was cosmetic). He insisted on changing that part FOC for me. I was very pai seh about it and if I could give him 10 stars, I would. Definitely the guy I will go to for all my laptop/cpu repairs from now on! Support local home businesses.

Chase is very professional in handling his works. I hope he succeed in his venture on computer repairs. I went in thinking that my fan’s spoil and upon opening up, he explained the fan work properly and correctly identified the issue is actually with the thermal gel which dried up and causing excessive heat. He repaired it at a very reasonable price of $35. I would strongly recommend this honest business. I will strongly recommend my friends to him.

Very quick and responsive service. My laptop had seemingly issue with fan. It was later found that it was cat fur, and also recommended changing thermal paste. Other places recommended waiting for 5 days for just a review, but here I got it checked and fixed within one day. Thanks.
