They quickly diagnosed the issue with my PC, helped me order the necessary replacement parts required and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. I got to unbox the new GPU and had them do the installation. As a bonus, they even cleaned the computer fans as part of the service and I only found out later as I'm back gaming on the PC that the latest NVIDIA drivers were also installed during their testing on my PC rig, skipping the hassle of manual installation. Accepts payments via PayNow as well, convenient and truly top-notch service.

Was so glad i checked out google reviews and found Cyber Hospital LLP with relatively good rating. Esther was so down to earth and was like a friend or neighbour who would give you opinions and suggestions for your item to repair. We could even chit chat with random items. The only discomfort was that i need the information in my damaged com badly and need her to transfer some data to another working com. As i cant afford to wait, password has to be given for her to access and transfer the data that is needed to the other com while i got busy with the day. Apart for that, whole experience Cyber Hospital LLP is a breeze as she will keep me updated on the repair.

Esther is a very down-to-earth, friendly and humble person. Besides repairs, the store does custom PC builds and PC cleaning at affordable prices. Selling point is that Esther knows a lot about PC repairs and diagnosis giving other PC competitors in the industry a run for their buck whom usually only specialises in selling their own builds. Highly recommended and never hard sell or "chop" people who are beginning to explore the world of custom PC.
