Had a power failure all of a sudden so I contacted the company and was assigned John to handle the problem. He was very professional and friendly in handling the case and told me what exactly caused the power failure and fixed it promptly for us. One thing to note was how he asked me to send over a picture of the electrical box first for him to assess the issue before coming over, since they would charge us for him to visit the house. I see this as good looking out for their customers and not unnecessarily charging us if there wasn't a good reason to. Would definitely recommend to anyone for their electrical-related issues. Thanks again for the great service.

Use Google to find a reliable electrician and was lucky to find John. Initially wanted to just fix my faulty ceiling lights and John was so helpful to also help me do some additional checks. With his kind advise and also trust his knowledge and professionalism in this field, I decided to change the old circuit breaker. I am glad that I did. After fixing the new circuit breaker, he found some major wiring issues that needed to be rectified for safety reasons. I will leave the matter in his good hands knowing that it will be solved. Thank you John, I greatly appreciate it.

A very friendly and helpful electrical service - he not only fixed our problem quickly, he also clearly explained the situation, giving us useful tips on how to prevent future electrical trips again. Very professional and efficient! We have worked with different electricians in the past before but none have been as knowledgeable or as professional as John! Highly recommend! Wow really appreciate electrician Aru's help. He patiently called and explained the issue to me before proceeding with the work as I was not home during the fix. His work is indeed professional and he cleaned up the place before he leave. Really thumbs up for his gd service.

The technician, Sakthi and customer support, Joanna were both polite and professional and was very clear about the process. Sakthi arrived on time to fix the issue with the appliance and was professional and made sure the appliance was working before leaving. Thank you very much to the team for a smooth process, would definitely contact them again for their service.

Aru pleasantly surprised me by turning up at my place 10 minutes early. He was able to fix the faulty switch quickly and efficiently. He was very helpful in providing me with the relevant information for using PayNow to make the payment for the bill. He is a credit to Everyworks.

I was very disappointed with their service as I was feeling that I was being scammed by them. I had a circuit breaker switch issue and I was on the verge of being helpless trying to get a technician to come over becos it happens at night around 8pm. Later I checked with Town council that this doesn't cost me even $330 even and I ask them for a refund of $250 and told Richard they can take theirs switch back but they said once I have pay and there's no refund even on the verge of COVID-19 and upon this kind of company service that makes u feel so disappointing. We should be helping one another and I don't mind u wanna charge me $100 but at least do a refund of the balance. I paid $300 and you know $300 is quite a huge difference amount of money for just a switch. Guys please do not engaged their service and this will be at your own risk. I already blocked them and I was upset as a Singaporean u took advantage of one another and will be my last service from them. Thanks for being so honest with your service.

Called for a repair man to identify what causes my house to trip after turning on the heater switch , the repair man said it was the heater itself that's causing it . So after replacing the heater 2 times the same issue is still happening and manage to identify from another electrician that its the wiring issue, called RICHARD and informed him but instead of helping he gave me all kinds of reason and hung the phone call without providing further assistance or refund.

Richard and team was responsive and quick to arrive to inspect the power failure, but this is a business lacking in competency and honesty. The "diagnosis" was that the main circuit breaker was faulty and the entire thing had to be replaced for $500 or more. However, this was not only wrong but extremely overpriced. When I got a second opinion from another electrician, the circuit breaker was working fine. Even if it wasn’t, it should cost less than $200 to replace. Other reviews will corroborate that this is not the first time this has happened. Engage at your own risk.
