Spacious two-floor flagship store, with multiple rooms and much to explore. Theresa/Teresa is a very friendly and helpful sales associate, who came across as genuinely wanting to help me find my preferred item, and sharing information about the products I was checking out. She is neither overbearing nor nonchalant, neither pretentious nor patronising. Made my browsing experience a pleasant one. Will be back!
Joanne is a very helpful staff , she treated me kindly with patience & offered me complimentary from Gucci. The Manager , she also help me out on setting my card payment limit issues. Thankyou Joanne & Ms Manager. ^-^ My first experience at Gucci at Shoppes mbs was a pleasant and a memorable one. I love it so much! I will definitely come again very soon.
