It’s an awesome experience shopping at COS mbs. Anna was exceptional with her service, bringing me around the store introducing the new in. She’s v patient when I needed help with sizes. The cashier was also knowledgeable to ask if I wanted to use my rebates. Not forgetting the fitting room staff, who checked in if I had the right sizes. Such warm and hospitable service! A must visit outlet!

I got a pair of pants after getting recommendations from Anna. Initially I was contemplating if I should get a pair of balloon cut pants. Anna very kindly showed me the other colours selection and informed me on how to do the aftercare for the pants. The whole experience was lovely as I feel comfortable with her genuine and friendly personality.

Cos has always been the top brand for my men clothing. And the service is very outstanding by Shu, she helped me with finding the right sizes and was amazed by her great serving attitude.

I just bought clothes at MBS COS today. A Chinese man wearing glasses had a terrible attitude. When I asked him if he had any MBS rewards, he was very impatient and rudely told me to wait. We didn't rush him; the counter wasn't busy, and there weren't many other customers. We just asked if we had the rewards, and he just had to answer yes or no. It felt like he was just showing off his arrogance. I really like COS clothes and often shop at Ion and MBS COS stores, but the service at MBS is really bad. I won't go again. - Yessa Fumich Reply
