The retail assistant, Castro, was incredibly helpful and responsible in assisting me with finding the item I was looking for. Initially, I was interested in a puffer jacket, but due to a minor defect, I decided to ask Castro for help in checking its availability at the Ion outlet, as I would be in town the next day. Despite the manager being off-duty and not answering calls, Castro went above and beyond by reaching out to other relevant staff at that outlet. I was really touched by the effort and kindness he showed.
This Zara outlet is BIG, especially for ladies. Offers good range of clothes for everyone. They have two stores opposite to each other, one dedicated for women(bigger one) & other one for men. Best time to visit now, as they have good Christmas promotions.
Winson is great! He assisted me with a friendly and approachable demeanour when I needed a pair of trousers urgently. Am sure that he is a valuable asset to the Zara team. Thank you Winson!
