I seldom rate services unless something so special. Now I am rating Rooma because there was an urgent adhoc service need for an elderly staying alone today (especially Sunday). After explained to the boss about the community help for the elderly, they have sent a nice and professional cleaner over to help the clean up. Really touched me with their help. Rarely you can find an understanding and caring cleaning service provider these days. Highly recommended and hope to engage your tip top service again.

Hired a regular weekly housekeeper. They are efficient and well trained, always very polite. No need for supervision and the house is always very clean afterwards. Also very easy to reach the customer service team when needed and they are accomodating. Thank you!!

Used weekly for 2 bedroom condo for last 3 months. Ella is punctual and thorough with her cleaning. More affordable than other home cleaning services and no agency fee. Highly recommended.
