Shaw Theatres Balestier

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Shaw Plaza and saw that the place had been well renovated. It is much cozier now compared to the past when I last visited. It has been a long time since I was here. The atmosphere was very cool and refreshing, thanks to the strong air conditioning. The cinema has also undergone renovations in the past. The seating used to be uncomfortable, and there were only a few people in the theater when I visited many years ago. Now, the theater is fully renovated, and the seating is incredibly comfortable with a good sound system. Stepping into this place makes me feel relaxed and cozy. My buddy and I rode our bicycles to the theater, a tradition we have enjoyed for many years. The theater provides a comfortable feel and is easily accessible by bicycle. We managed to park our bicycles well, as long as we didn't cycle with a large group of friends. One or two bicycles in any theater would be just nice. When visiting the mall, I always remember to park my bicycle near the back or close to the handicap area. I prefer to sit near the back or the side of the theater when I decide to cycle to the theaters.

I had a fantastic experience at this cinema! The seating was extremely comfortable and the environment was pleasantly quiet. It made for a truly enjoyable movie experience. What's more, it was not crowded like other mall cinemas, which added to the overall relaxed feel.

The 'neighbourhood' cinema for a hassle free with less crowd. The fully renovated halls are comfortable with good sound systems. With the usual restaurants nearby it's very convenient for a spontaneous movie outing
