I’ve been visiting Total Health Chiropractic (Toa Payoh) due to frequent back and neck pain caused by long hours of sitting and poor posture. Under the care of Dr. Dino and Dr. Marek, I’ve noticed a significant improvement—my pain is now much less frequent and far more manageable. Both doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the treatment process clearly. Their care has made a real difference in my daily comfort and posture awareness. The front desk staff are always cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. After a long day at work, their positive energy really lifts your mood and makes each visit something to look forward to.

My elder child started seeing Dr Dino at the age of 10 and after some years of break, she is back to continue her treatment, together with her sister. Dr. Dino has been super great for my children. He is very patient, gentle, and really listens. We had a very positive experience with Dr. Dino for our children's chiropractic needs.
