I chanced upon meeting Dr Shara and Palm Chiropractic when I was searching around for a good doctor when my previous doctor left the country. Dr Shara is very warm, patient and caring, taking the time to understand my issues and what results I am looking for. She customised her treatment methods based on the different issues that I have. She also suggests easy and effective exercises that I can do at home to help strengthen my muscles to aid with my recovery and improve my mobility. She will also suggest easy and practical things that I can do at home (or anywhere really) to ease any aches that I occasionally have. I like that she encourages her patients to lead a more active lifestyle so that we see less of her, not more of her! You can tell that she really cares about her patients' wellbeing.
