Dr Mike is a professional and friendly chiropractor who is very knowledgeable in how the body functions. He employs a variety of techniques to help improve my physical condition, beyond just manual adjustments (e.g. "cracking"), which was why I chose Elite Spine Centre. After multiple sessions, my chronic lower back discomfort, which sometimes turns into pain when I sneeze, became a lot better and I also saw improvements in my posture, flexibility, and mobility.
