First, I’d like to highlight Charlotte, who was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the planning process. She answered all my queries with great care and professionalism, ensuring I felt confident and well-supported in making my decisions. Secondly, Simon’s punctuality and efficiency were outstanding. He arrived earlier than expected to set up the buffet dinner, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged well before the event began. His proactive approach was truly impressive. Finally, the food itself was a highlight of the evening! My guests absolutely loved the variety and flavors. The beef rendang, in particular, received rave reviews—it was absolutely delicious and definitely the star of the menu. Thank you once again for your excellent service and delectable food. We selected Chilli Manis for my mom's birthday after trying them on a few occasions at other events. Yiqing our events manager was very kind and prompt with her replies on our queries and changes to our orders before the event day. Philip who helped deliver and set up our buffet line on the day itself was also very punctual with set up and tear down. Food had great reviews from our guests; highly recommend the curry chicken which was finished fairly early into the meal. The option to also add on additional dishes from their base set menus was also great and wide in variety. Actual set up was also well done with standees and relevant props.
