We had a great vegetarian omakase for a birthday celebration and chef Ashish was super hospitable and conversational the whole time. The techniques used to prepare the dishes are really interesting and the flavour profile of the dishes are very nuanced. Special shoutout to the Porcini rice which I am still thinking about till this day honestly! The best part is that he is able to cater to both vegetarian and non-vegetarians in the same seating so I will be sure to be back with a bigger group next time.
