Dine in here for the very first time today and the customer service is surprising very good. Not your professional kinda customer service but the staff here gives off a “my next door neighbour friendly vibes” which is very comforting. We got the lychee & strawberry jelly hearts & rainbow cake. I still think the Strawberry jelly hearts is the best item.
Food: ordered red velvet and carrot cake with strawberry lychee soda (cold) and latte (hot) set, very nice cakes and drinks. Service: a young man took orders is very friendly and good in recommending cakes/ drinks. Atmosphere: a relaxing and soothing place to have a light meal with family.
Is festive season CNY and was looking last min birthday Cake, wanted a delivery and I contacted this shop and Nora she has helped me out on all service, she also recommended me the blueberry cake and it was very delicious. Thank you Nora you have good Customer service.
