Very good service. Staff named Yantie was super polite and patient when I went to the store to get some cheesecakes for a family member of mine. Yantie explained what each cheesecake was as it was my first time ordering from the shop. keep up the excellent service Yantie! Store was clean and tidy. loved the presentation so much. Overall good experience from me and I would definitely come to the store again. 10/10.

I encountered a hick-up in my online order of cheese cake today. The counter staff were very helpful and took the initiative to contact customer service who in turn called me and made proper arrangements. Very appreciative of their service and yummy cakes.
