My go-to cafe for reliably delicious and reasonably priced food. Coffee is a bit of a hit-and-miss (Douglas the boss makes it the best) so if the consistency improves, there is literally nothing else to complain about other than the long queues that are a testament to Tolido's popularity. Highly highly recommend their prawn laksa pasta. I've tried many others and they've all paled in comparison.
Finally tried out this cafe last weekend! Rösti is nice, shall give it a try. We also ordered banana toast which is very eggy and fragrant. Thumbs up!
Visited Tolido’s on a Thursday morning for brunch and it was packed with tourists!
My favourite was the Truffle Scrambled Eggs and Salted Caramel Ice Blended Mocha! Portion for the mains were big and damnn… it tasted amazing!! Best of all, pricing of their food and drinks were super reasonable as compared to other cafes.. 2 pax (2 mains + 2 drinks) for only $56! They have lunch sets and promotions going on as well. This cafe is now my no.1 go-to cafe! Highly recommend!
