Starbucks

My Starbucks app was crashing so I put in my order for an iced pumpkin spiced latte while I worked on my app. I wanted to pay with my online cards and get stars. It never fixed so I told them I'll pay in cash but they gave it to me for FREE! They were very kind and patient about this. Best customer service ever, which is hard to find in SG.

Situated on the second floor in the middle of Jurong Point Shopping center is a nice place to hang out with friends, work online or just chill over a nice cup of coffee and relax. Nice rustic ambiance and nice group of staff. Overall I find this place clean with staff going regularly to clean the table and keep the area clean.

Great Starbucks to hang out at off peak hours, which was early morning. It had nice ambience and and good food selections. Services was fast for off peak. However, do expect many students during studying periods. You often can’t find seats during peak hours too. Overall, do come at off peak to chill and relax with the space!
