Third time coming here, the first time i was asking for details requirement to open an account and the staff really helpful and nicely answering my question. And third time coming here me to open account, ahead me got 3 queue number, and i was like waiting for 30 minutes, and the process to open the account was taking for quite a while, But the staff really nice. Im really thankful to Ms NG for her help. Really appreciate it.

Managed my queue appointment online before I arrived and it was accurate. Was served by the counter staff within 5 minutes and I was out of the bank within 15 minutes. Everything was efficient. Staff was polite and respectful.

I normally dread going into the bank but I found my experience at UOB HV to be really swift and easy. The staff were really helpful and took the time to make sure I understood everything and that everything was properly set up for me before I left. Would recommend.
