I normally dread going into the bank but I found my experience at UOB HV to be really swift and easy. The staff were really helpful and took the time to make sure I understood everything and that everything was properly set up for me before I left. Would recommend.
Came early to avoid the queue and was successful in reducing my wait time. Fantastic customer service by Angelica Ooi who was clear, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire interaction.
Managed my queue appointment online before I arrived and it was accurate. Was served by the counter staff within 5 minutes and I was out of the bank within 15 minutes. Everything was efficient. Staff was polite and respectful.
