Really enjoyed my experience here. Wanted to open a personal bank account and Michelle was very helpful and knowledgable. She introduced the account according to my needs and gave me advice. I always find it a bit daunting to open a bank account by myself in a new country but Michelle and Jarrett (who’s a trainee under Michelle) were very helpful and that made the whole experience less scary. Thank you guys so much.
Yesterday after work I visited the OCBC bank in Holland Village. They were really helpful, in 45 minutes I opened a bank account, topped up with cash and got my debit card too. The waiting time was not that much as it is written on the comment section in google It was absolutely acceptable.
Had a very pleasant banking experience today. Thanks to Ms Mona Tan who is kind, helpful and very thorough. She is so thoughtful.
