Excellent service by Ms Julie Lim who was so patient and caring towards my daughter's application of debit card. She even teach her how to activate her digital bank app and warn her about scams and password sharing. When I told my daughter I am impressed by Ms Lim, she totally agreed and told me she is Julie. Both of us experienced an amazing DBS customer officer' s professional service thats leading the service industry. Ms Lim started her extraordinary excellent service by carrying an extra chair for me to seat as there was only 1 at her counter then. Super great banking experience!! Thank you Ms Julie Lim.

The whole process was seamless and so efficient. The attendant at the front of the branch - Suhaidah is highly professional and you could tell she is a valuable staff from the way she handled enquiries from the other customers. Amazing! So happy to be banking with DBS.
