I recently visited UOB and was assisted by Xandra, the branch manager, and one of her young staff members (I didn’t manage to get her name). Both of them were incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Xandra was especially professional and attentive, making sure everything was handled smoothly.
