the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Special shout-out service provided by Ms Mishita who was very friendly, professional and patient. She activated my FDW’s bank account, issuance of atm card and also explain everything in detail to her in her language so that she can understand well. Thumbs up for the excellent service! Though it can take really quite awhile to attend to customers in queue, they make the wait worthwhile to clarify everything.

The customer service officer by name Hafiz and Anna both of them so helpful and good service. Pls take care of them and don't change them to others branch's.
