Lincoln is the best service personnel at OCBC CCK. He is courteous, proficient at his work, he remembers all his clients and most importantly he follow up with all his customers request. He makes all customers visiting CCK OCBC feels valued, which I had never experience in the past with other personnels. Lincoln is a gem and CCK OCBC is lucky to have such an excellent staff.
