One of the officers at the queue area was very helpful and patient. Not only that, I was very impressed by her comprehensive knowledge about the various banking services and her ability to advise according. It saved the a lot of time as I didn't need to join the queue unnecessarily and helped me make prompt decision on my next move. Well done, UOB, in designing the service experience and equipping your staff with the knowledge and skills.

Was here on to settle some banking matters and lucky me was allocated to the counter manned by Ms Amy Ong. She is very friendly and helpful and always trying to streamline the process to make things easier and smoother for customer. Thank you Ms Ong!
