Visited twice within a month to this branch and both visits were pleasant. The queue was long but I am glad to be served within an hour plus. My 2nd visit was served by Ilona Oh. She was polite, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. She deserved to be complimented for being professional and efficient with her service.

Thanks to Doreen Ong helped me assisting my bank account and was very patient and kind, to step by step help me to re-register everything up. It feel pleasant :) Thanks a lot.

Jasmine helped me thru every step. Also so patient to setup even my ibanking. Felt at eased banking at this branch.
