DBS - Ang Mo Kio

Visited twice within a month to this branch and both visits were pleasant. The queue was long but I am glad to be served within an hour plus. My 2nd visit was served by Ilona Oh. She was polite, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. She deserved to be complimented for being professional and efficient with her service.

Went on a weekday around 10:30am, waited about 15mins for a queue number and about 20mins to be served. Service was great everyone was friendly. Was attended by a very patient lady called Jasmine, thank you for your help!

Jasmine helped me thru every step. Also so patient to setup even my ibanking. Felt at eased banking at this branch.

I was assisted by a very helpful lady named Sally. She help me to print a new bank boom and patiently explained to me the step on how to do it. Thank you, Sally. You my day and I wish you a very great year ahead. - Rose
