Honestly I was quite put-off after reading some of the reviews but I still went to SCB Tampines branch today because it was closest to my home. I had to resolve issues regarding password reset, pin setting, and bonus saver a/c closure. During the problem solving process, both the front counter and a/c mgmt customer service staff were helpful to my needs, and I had a great experience overall.
The attitude of the staff is very good, because the bank account number is needed to enter the salary, call the hotline, and the staff calls to help solve the problem. They are very patient, very friendly, and I like it very much.
