UOB - Tampines

Have a very good experience with Ms Sally Chia. She’s very patient and professional in explaining all my questions when I met her the first time. Today when I coincidentally met her again, she is still very patient and smiley to answer to all my queries and offer me the help that I needed. Good job, definitely a staff to be valued!

One of the UOB staff, Mike, was very helpful. He approached us when we were waiting in line to get our queue number and he tried his best to answer our inquiries, even before we got to the front desk agent. Mike even called his ex-colleague to seek for advice that he could share with us. All in all, he went above and beyond to meet our needs!

I would like to thank Mr. Mike for being nice to me with his greetings everytime i go UOB Tampines to drop bulk cash deposit. He is a friendly man and cheerful! Well done Mike for your extra mile efforts to make customer happy and welcomed.
