Went to the Bank this morning around 9.30am to open an account for my son and reporting on lost of our bank books..Althou the queue was long , we managed to settle down all our issues for less than an hour ..We was served by an efficient and knowledgeable counter 12 staff and staff that taking care of the entrance .. WellDone girls and keep it up Ur gd works.
Excellent service by the courteous staff. If you need to make enquiries, the customer service staff is there to help you. Just remember to scan the QR barcode and one of the staff will measure your temperature.
Staffs from queue to the counter staffs all were very helpful especially to elderly. Thank you for the service. Keep up the good job.
