POSB Bank

I came to this POSB Branch on 03-02-2022 and kindly allow me to compliment one of your staff by the name , Miss. Sing or Miss. Seng at around 1400hrs. She very patiently and politely teach me how to do ibanking on my iPhone. I admit that I’m quite a slow learner eversince I’ve a stroke and she’s ask me not to worry and teach me till I understand without showing any annoyance to me. Thank You Miss. I went to this POSB branch last Saturday to sort out issues with my internet banking. Although there was a long line outside (about an hour's wait time), the staff was very helpful and tried to help customers in the queue as much as possible so as to reduce the queue for counter service. Chairs were also provided. The counter staff went the extra mile in helping me and even called me back a few days later to ensure that my issues with internet banking are resolved. P.S. I would advise others to visit this branch on weekdays if possible. If not, arrive early on Saturdays as the wait time can get very long later in the morning.

The bank has just been renovated not long ago.The service is good, there is always quite a queue.There are several atms just by the entrance.It is located at level 1 of Blk 805 multi storey car park. …More
