The length of the queue was considerable, but the staff at this branch more than made up for the long wait with their friendly and cheerful disposition. I'd like to thank Ms Vinia for her patience in helping us navigate through the complexities of our transactions. We had several additional queries and Ms Vinia was more than happy to help. I had issue with my paylah and went to this branch to have it fixed. Overall, the experience is great. Their staffs were very helpful. I cant remember the first lady but she helped smooth the experience by pre-empt some setup on axs before i got sent on to the counter. Shuhadah,counter 4, not only friendly-pleasant but went above and beyond by fixing my other issues with my account without me asking.

I visited the DBS Kovan branch recently in morning hours. The staff managed the queue really efficiently. Specially the Jasmine Tan, who helped me opening the bank account was extremely patient, helpful and informative during the process. Thank you very much!
