I had issue with my paylah and went to this branch to have it fixed. Overall, the experience is great. Their staffs were very helpful. I cant remember the first lady but she helped smooth the experience by pre-empt some setup on axs before i got sent on to the counter. Shuhadah,counter 4, not only friendly-pleasant but went above and beyond by fixing my other issues with my account without me asking.
I visited the DBS Kovan branch recently in morning hours. The staff managed the queue really efficiently. Specially the Jasmine Tan, who helped me opening the bank account was extremely patient, helpful and informative during the process. Thank you very much.
Staff Auni was friendly, cheerful and very helpful despite my wife and I having to complete quite a few transactions / tasks at the bank, thank you and appreciated.
I went to DBS hougang blk 204 , was service by this guy name Eugene . Very polite and fast working on my wife bank account and atm plus Paynow . I will strongly give this guy a 5star - Rahmat C
