The male kind cisco officer who assisted me at the front today and also the nice female bank officer named L, Cheong. Thank you so much for making my banking experience at UOB HG mall a pleasant one.
Good service by Madam Angela, she assisted me to change a new card because there were unauthorized transactions made into my acc. She also helped me to call the hotline centre. I had a really great experience.
The staff here all very polite and nice. Love it. When i told them i need certain document to be routed to the branch for collection, they just accomodate with kind understanding.
