Went down 23 nov tue coz Having problem in logging in & wanted to change password at the same time..but system down.. Issaz Ng a very helpful youth helped me all the necessary input & ask me to try again tmrw.. I went down again today & he remembered me & went thru everything again to make sure everything is ok.... am so thankful to Issaz for his patience & Compassion for elderly.. We really need patience staff like him... Thank u Issaz.
