United Overseas Bank Limited Bishan

This is my first time to Uob bishan branch. Went there to open an account. Audrey gave me a full explanation on what are the various of account option that I can get. Happy with her services.

Enqi was attentive to my needs and patient with my multiple questions, she managed to answer them well and efficiently, everything went smoothly and well thank you.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of staff, Audrey Lim from Bishan Branch . She was very helpful in opening of my account.

I approached the UOB Bishan branch for doing a banking transaction. Ms Keerthi volunteered to help and understood my requirement. She could have given me a token and asked me to approach the counter staff. But she clarified that my transaction can be handled online via mobile app and also guided me with the steps. When I wanted to use ATM she even deputed one staff to guide me the process on ATM. My job was over in less than 7 minutes and I thanked her for the wonderful support.
