Contrary to my recent experience of the horrendous service at the OCBC Tiong Bahru branch, the OCBC Thomson branch was outstanding. Michelle, Sadar and Hwee Yan are professional, attentive and most importantly, possess genuine interest + pride in their professions. Excellent customer service by Michelle Lim who was very efficient and helpful to my aged mother. Special thanks and compliments too to Security Officer Mohammad Zulkifli who carries out his role with great dignity and kind hospitality, especially to the older customers coming in looking for assistance.
